Our mission at salon NOIR is to provide an experience that leaves all guests feeling refreshed, relaxed and more beautiful each time they come in.
Dawn LeMay and Megan Ollman began salon NOIR as highly qualified individuals in the salon industry. Megan has been a stylist since 2008, going on to educate briefly at the Institute of Beauty and Wellness as well as being a leader in education at her previous salon. Dawn, being the niece of Erik and Carol Knudsen, founders of Erik of Norway, comes from a long line of family in the beauty industry. Dawn’s extensive management history and Megan’s strong belief in continuing education makes them a powerful combination as the co-owners of salon NOIR. They take great pride in their salon and its contributions to the Cedarburg community.
